Stat. ยง 19.35(3)(h)2, an authority that is a law enforcement agency may impose a fee upon a requestor for the actual, necessary, and direct cost of redacting, whether by pixelization or other means, recorded audio or video content to the extent redaction is necessary to comply with applicable constitutional, statutory, or other common law.

Mission Statement

To provide support services to the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department, Kenosha Police Department, Kenosha Fire Department and various other law enforcement and emergency services agencies in the form of dispatching, records keeping, evidence/identification functions, and fleet maintenance.
