Requests for digital media (Squad Video, Body Camera Video, Photographs, Interviews) will be fullfilled as soon as practicable and without delay based on the order in which they were received.

Please note: We are experiencing a high volume of public record requests, particularly for video. Review of video requests requires significant time and resources. This has resulted in substantial delays and a back-log. To help improve response time, please be clear and provide a specific time frame and description for your request.




Digital Media Requests may be made:

  • By delivering the completed Fillable/Printable Form

FEE SCHEDULE (Options vary by Department)

  • Printed or photocopies of paper records - $0.05 per page
  • Reproduced digital media:
    • CD (700MB) - $0.59
    • DVD (4.7GB) - $0.63
    • DVD Dual Layer (8.5GB) - $1.14
    • Blu-Ray Disc (25GB) - $1.27
    • Blu-Ray Disc (50GB) - $3.25
  • Fees associated with mailing or shipping may be applied
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the digital media unless the fees are in excess of $5.00
  • Fees in excess of $5.00 will require prepayment

To provide support services to the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department, Kenosha Police Department, Kenosha Fire Department and various other law enforcement and emergency services agencies in the form of dispatching, records keeping, evidence/identification functions, and fleet maintenance.
