Fleet Maintenance
The Kenosha Joint Services Fleet Maintenance Department is responsible for providing high-quality and cost-effective fleet management and maintenance services for both Kenosha City and County law enforcement vehicles and emergency equipment.
The mission of the Fleet Maintenance Department is to provide a fleet of reliable, safe and well-maintained vehicles to both City and County law enforcement so they may efficiently and effectively perform their services for the citizens of Kenosha.
The Fleet Maintenance Department provides the following services to a combined fleet of approximately 300 vehicles:
- Vehicle up–fitting
- Preventative maintenance and repair
- Parts Management
- Fuel Management
- Hazardous waste disposal
- Fuel and parts consumables tracking and reporting
- Vehicle Cleaning
- Biohazard clean-up
- Repair and maintenance of operational equipment
- Warranty and out-sourcing
- Recommendations on vehicle and equipment specifications for new acquisitions
